Ourten warrants all equipment of its own manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.
Please confirm that the received goods are in satisfactory condition. Ourten is not liable for certain types of damage or misuse, and repairs will be charged for the following situations occurring within the
warranty period:
A. Malfunctions or damages caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs by the user;
B. Damages resulting from human factors, such as water ingress or dropping;
C. Machine damage due to abnormal voltage.
Ourten reserves the right to modify, amend, or change the terms and conditions of this Warranty at any time, without notice.
